Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every conversation and message, your session history, and any conversations you had with a business assistant. This cannot be undone and there is no way for us to restore it afterwards.

We could not find an active Nebora session in this browser. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in Nebora, then return to this page.
Prefer not to sign in? Email info@nebora.ca from the address you registered with and we will delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record, including your name and email address
- Every conversation, message, and AI response in your history
- Your chat sessions and their summaries
- Location details stored with your past requests
- Records of business listings you interacted with
- Conversations with any business AI Assistant
Reports you submitted about AI responses are kept without your identity for safety review, and anonymous aggregate counts already shared with businesses cannot be unwound. Encrypted backups are purged on our normal rotation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
